If that's the case then he must have let you know that bicx101 was not going to be pursued and that insiders all created corporations to get paid as consultants in addition to being salaried executives. Why didn't you let us know. Ps, im not really sure about the legality of being a salaried employee AND being a consultant, it certainly isn't ethical and probably violates the fiduciary responsibility the board has to its shareholders. Any service they are claiming to provide to the company should be done in their capacity as salaried management.
