Yes, I emailed RO yesterday and I was provided with the same letter.

Personally, I dont think the 25th is a hard date for FINRA. The company says that is must be done by Aug 25th, but that probably doesn't mean anything to FINRA.

I'd love to see a new ticker by that date, but if it doesn't hit by then I don't think it means anything.
