I am going to stay the course and suggest that in light of more and more SUBSTANTIATED INFORMATION coming to light, high ranking officials in Chile are becoming more and more apprised of Barrick's foul ways.

This obviously affects the legal position in the ongoing saga of the rightful claim ownership involving Tesoros Amerillos et al.

The poor operating and mismanagement of the project thus far has encouraged a new position in Chile where some are testifying to facts which would demonstrate to these officials that Barrick may have serious legal problems in their own claims of ownership to the mineral body.
Note that the environmental penalties have not been put forth re the very serious self caused destruction of the tailings ponds. As well the legal injunction C1912-2001 dating back to 2001 is still in affect and very much the center of this fraud.

So Lopehandia may be getting assistance from folks he never thought possible. You know that Judge Kokisch has conscripted help from her cohorts to dig the lattrines for info on Barrick's corrupted fraud as well as very questionable legal efforts to prove ownership to Tesoros.
There may be a way yet for Chile to find the material rights to protect itslef from the likes of miners such as Barrick Gold Corporation.
