One more I really like and I really think will do well eventually is SO_DE. It can barely get a bid now but touched .30s on change of control a while back. Had some higher bids though over the year .10 .15 range. CSTI lowered form .30 .20 to now .15. NITE moved to ..35s-40s. Going to be a patient wait here but I think it will work itself out. Realistically prob not enough shares to go around 2 people.lol Just a few people shell/rm play. Could always get whacked so sucks on big spread plays.

This is why I like it. CEO is legit. Isnt putting anything out until he secures contracts. He got a start up to 15mil in revs in I think 3 years or so that was his private co. He has connections and has done deals for people but now he wants to do the deals for SO_DE I think his dad is connected to in some other good businesses too in CA.

Now check this out. It looks like hes planning on picking up 3 to 5 subs and wants to get contracts around 15 mil per sub. So if he gets 5 with 15 mil each and gets 3 mil revs per sub each year that would be pretty awesome. If he got 4 subs and contracts would be 60mil contracts and thats pretty darn awesome. imo

Now OS is higher than I like but this one is a bit diff than rest of mold. It was a extremely low float Chinese stock that never got used. They did the correct way and dissolved it and then reincorporated on CO SOS for the RM. It really barely traded over the past 10 years. Just a few shares hit the float.

One of the major holders is some old Chinese insider which probably has certs that will never get deposited or cleared by current CEO Robert L. So no worries there.imo And current CEO owns the rest of the lot. So most shares are held by 2 dudes.

Ok here is the piece mentioned in the filing. I would normally hit the .15s bc I already have and .20s. But I think I got enough. And wouldnt hurt to bid some for cheap shares bc they could come. imo

Management, Operations and Risk
Social Detention is in the business of building infrastructure.
With its acquisition of RL Consulting, it has a long
history of successful contract awards, and has launched a progr
am whereby it intends to grow through acquisition in
the coming fiscal year. The president, Mr Robert Legg has been
able to build these companies in the past a from
startup to companies that generate over $15M in annual revenues
. He intends to build a network of small providers
into a large network that will both be able to provide synergis
tic support to the other parties, by means of production
capabilities, financing and other relationships. To the bigger
benefit of shared contracts. The goal in the next year is
to acquire 3-5 smaller entities that are generating between $1-
5M in revenue an year today, and to be able to secure
over $15M in contracts for each in the coming 12 months.

If he gets what he says I think this will be .45 or more. Not too shabby in a next few months for that kind of move.imo But prob will have to wait a time. Could be sooner like 3 or 4 months but could also be over 6 months.

This is S/S

Common Stock

ommon Stock
Hui Chen
Room 302 No 14 Alley 555

ZHA Bei Qu, 200435

Thats 59.8 + 31.8=91.6%

some of that other 8 or 9% could be held by old Chinese holders too.

Interesting I just noticed that hes got the same addy as the Chinese guy. Not sure if that was meant or not... But maybe hes working on something in China but I think its California business...
