Keep in mind Frack unlike a lot of ceo's hasn't ever tried to induce buying. I've talked to a LOT of ceo's in my trading life and this is exceptional. OTCpinksheets.com shows updated information as to the current management and address. Frack has said all along that the Chinese don't comply with typical US mentality of doing things rapidly. It's your choice. With a depleted share structure good time for new buyers or average down for longs.
