I agree with everything you stated. That is the $6 million dollar question. Remember I never said they would be flying on Sept 16th. It also would not be the end of the world to find and train crews in a couple of months. The 3 part 119 guys they already have are probable learning a lot about SongBird's, Operations,
Flight Manuals and Op Specs as we speak. And most of that stuff is very similar between Part 121 carriers.
