It wouldnt matter if the DD was done or not. Being upside down with 0 chance of recouping losses will make investors say anything. Its sad that one would stoop that low as to try and mislead other to buy into a ticker with absolutely no chance of ever making a return. Basically makes them just as bad as the perpetrators of the ETBI scam "Rose & James"
