FLPC has NEVER said or hinted they are in "no rush" to complete the Filings. Filings can take many months if a company has to go back years and pick up the pieces of a previous employee who railroaded management.
Efforts by ANY penny stock to provide financials is HUGE.
This is not a NYSE blue chip stock.
