No, the reverse split was mentioned by USMJ. They only said that they would not do one "in conjunction with the ACI transaction".

Now that the transaction has been completed, that condition of no reverse split no longer exists.
But at least they will add mention that any R/A is in the best interest of shareholders.....sure it is.
