I believe Walgreens is intentionally trying to manipulate this lower. Looking at the chart, it is ready to break higher or lower at this very moment. News which is anything other than DEAL DONE will drive it lower, thus they extend the waiting game and drive it under $2. RAD needs to tell Walgreens to go fly a kite and make a deal with another player. Unless, of course, RAD's CEO is in on the game, which I am inclined to wonder about strongly.
