Your post weekboy1 was interesting on several levels such as timing and content but I will focus in a different area.

I don't think VirTra has to acquire anything to keep growing and growing. In fact, I believe it could badly hurt them as the grass is not always greener elsewhere and it is often called diworseification for a reason.

I think of it in terms of my very average/typical State - Wisconsin. Avg in most every way. The total market in this one single state for VirTra is about $30million. Multiply that by 50 for the USA and you get $1.5Billion AND THAT IS JUST FOR POLICE DEPARTMENTS.

Now consider all the other "USA equivs" around the world - say Can/Mex, South Am, Europe, Asia/Mideast and you get $6billion.

Now consider all the government sort of purchases along with private security and you get to roughly $9billion.

My point is that usually a company is best off by focusing on what they do well and work the snot out of it and optimize and improve and maximize. VirTra should be able to grow nicely into a company with sales of $100million over the next 5 to 7 years. Maybe then they will be of a size and structure such that a mid-size acquisition makes sense.

Just my two bits.
