Spectrum currently holds a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy)! Just read a Zachs article this morning discussing the apaziquone trial that was PR'd a couple of days ago and noticed at the end of the article it ranks Spectrum a Buy and was wondering when that happened? It just seems that it was forever that Zacks listed SPPI as a Hold. For instance, a Zachs article on Aug 7th regarding earnings still listed it a Hold so it went to buy sometime after that.

Edit - Just went to Zachs web site and it shows the page was "Updated Aug 16, 2017 04:00 PM ET" I think that 'splains it.
