RFLMAO You Just agreed that Mal-B-Gone has no exclusive distribution rights to "specialty drugs". They certainly don't have exclusive distribution rights to CelebCream either.

And OMHE's "wholesale division" of "specialty drugs" must not be doing so well....since their revenues overall is 95% less than your projected $80 million/year.

Celebrity Brands own CelebCream Trademark, product, and website. It sure ain't OMHE. And OMHE doesn't own Celebrity Brands :)

OMHE's own PRs don't state they own Celebcream, the trademark, website....and definitely didn't state they have exclusive distribution rights to celeb cream.

.And every pharmacy buys their specialty drugs from a wholesaler like Omni. No wholesaler has exclusive rights to any drug, they have rights of first refusal on purchases from their pharmacy network. Omni is a wholesaler for the Health Mart network of pharmacies. They don't need exclusive rights when those drugs are selling from $500 to tens of thousands of dollars per fill.
