He touted how he was going to see Les in jail... recover every share... And receive punitive damages.
He wasted all that time and money...

I see you know the same Kevin... that I know...

Les was willing... and wanted to... negotiate... from day one... but oh no... Kevin and group... threatening/demanding jail time... hiring their own lawyers to help aid the SEC... etc... etc... forced Les into defensive postures...

And all that chest beating... and guaranteeing... that they'd see Les in jail... well... was just a big waste of time... money... and resources... and there was plenty of us... telling them how a stupid... emotional... knee jerk...decision like that was going to come back to bite them...

and of course... they had to go get bit... and good too... so now... to start digging out of a bigger hole... but it is... what it is... and hopefully Kevin learned a thing or two... we can only hope...
