I received this response from POW! about my inquiries about revenue from Stan Lee's likeness:



The Company will be providing all shareholders with a copy of the Proxy Statement which will contain extensive disclosures and explanations relevant to operations, values and the vote on the proposed merger. We anticipate that will happen within the next two weeks. Please refer to that in regard to your inquiry.
