A $1.50 buyout price would be a slap or spit in the face action to all individual investors like me who have held this stock for the past 5-6 years. I bought all my shares around 2011 I believe at around $.30/share average. I have believed in management all this time and expect a much better return on my investment than a price of $1.50 per share buyout.

Hope one day we can move past the penny traders and doubters of this stock.
