Well, you brought up the "Contigent Consideration" and asked for opinion.

Can't understand why you would call the CC on Monday pumping. He got the APRI SP of $4 a little wrong, other than that he didn't lie. You also said the CC was great.

I think it's quite impressive that he took a nano cap to over $100M market cap (look where it is now) and he managed to increase the share price by about 265% (RS-adjusted) over the course of 1,5 years. I bet lots of people made a killing during this upswing. It about the same SP appreciation we've seen with AVEO recently.

As for the rest, I concur. The SP will likely remain in the current range until Fluticare launches.
