Suvorov, this is a super long response and thank you for reading in advance.

I was concerned about IGEX since it seemed like a scam penny. This deal may make SRSR look like a scam too. If he picked a "clean" shell, than I would have been more comfortable. I think I have posted my opinion on this earlier this year. I felt Dan made a wrong move on that deal but can only wait to see it plays out. Perhaps there are things that I don't know in the background that really indeed benefits SRSR. And I am glad that it didn't go through.

You continue to cast doubt on Dan. Why? I bought in before Scott was the CEO. Many supported Scott back in the days but were disappointed. Now Dan is in the helm, most are giving him the benefit of doubt to propel SRSR forward, same courtesy we gave Scott. If not, than SRSR is done. While I agree that more information need to come forward to demonstrate that Potts deal is solid and things are really happening, you need to give management team time to do it. We gave Scott 10 years? If you ever work for any company or big projects, even when they are well funded, it takes time to plan and lay out timelines. If he prematurely come out with details and change it later, you will attack his credibility at that time. Whatever he does will not satisfy you. In this case, I would rather wait. I waited longer than most of you. I can wait a little longer. Thought I am not getting any younger and am not oppose to retirement asap. ;)

Now, here is my own speculation/story on what may had happened in the last 10 months, this is not coming from Dan or anyone else but my own imagination. Dan was desperate on finding "cleaner" ways to move forward and thought of jumpstart Nemegosengoda project with IGEX. Not sure why IGEX was picked but he chose it. My guess is that a clean shell cost money that SRSR doesn't have and somehow he found IGEX. Once he announced the deal he realized there are problems to actually finalizing it. He has trouble managed SRSR side of deliverables. Igex management failed to deliver their side of deal. The whole thing was stuck. PR the status of IGEX deal may pissed off IGEX management and cast a negative light on Dan's ability to execute. Hence the silence. In the meantime, Dan/Otto continue to find ways to get funding and support outside of SRSR. They found Mr Potts who not only have the money but bought into the SRSR story. A new company was established as the investment vehicle for Potts. Once the company was created, parties took a couple months to discuss details. Right before the agreement is finalized, Dan PR the termination of Igex, the bad news. Than, 1 day later, Dan PR the positive news about Potts and new funds. I can't tell you if Dan was right or wrong on not PR status of IGEX concerns earlier. I wanted to hear something myself sooner myself as well. But I guess he was waiting for good news before releasing bad news?

SO, after this long post, I felt with Potts involvement, Dan/Otto/Potts have MUCH HIGHER chance to make SRSR successful and us shareholders richer. Of course, potential investors should know that SRSR is still a risky penny and don't invest money they can't afford to lose. Current stakeholders should know by now that this is a marathon not a 100m sprint to prosperity. I look forward to next round of PR. With Potts and funds, things should be moving forward. I hope Dan can update us by September timeframe the latest. I am cautiously optimistic right now.
