I consider myself to be a principled investor, and I gladly participate in this share loan program. I don't think loaning out my shares to increase my overall returns is in any way unprincipled.

I am loaning out shares, not selling my soul. It is a simple and straightforward business transaction, not a morality play.

Your comment implies that there is some kind of exchange rate between shares and souls. I don't think so.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
