Hello LT I hope you're doing well. I have pretty much withdrawn completely from playing pennies the last two years but I was wondering if you could take a look at this chart.

The company and ticker I was pretty much inactive for about a decade then in May 2017 there was a huge attention pop .0001 to .01.

Yes there's a storyline, rumors of a reverse merger, Chinese investors etc.

Since the attention pop the ticker has been playing with breaking .05 on a couple of volume spike days. It's very thinly traded and holding .03 but I don't understand why. The chart actually shows a bull pattern forming.

Any thoughts?
