Wait a minute Berman, you just told us that shareholders "elect our directors".

Which is it? Well we all know the truth, so the question is, who the hell do you think you are fooling telling us that shareholders elect board of directors members? Don't you think your pink sheet shareholders will pick up on this? Or is your opinion of them so low that you think they won't notice this?
