GEGI is currently named Genesis Electronics Group, Inc. It has gone by many names since it was created on March 18, 1998. It has already gone through the IPO process and it would be a shame to dissolve it...since it is necessary for the company that went through the IPO process be the surviving company in any merger. This Biz Id number survived the pricester merger and survived the mergers before that. The Biz Id will survive whatever Kate and Ray are doing now. If this Biz Id is dissolved Kate and Ray have to go through the IPO process all over again. The whole point of buying a shell company is to avoid the IPO Process.
