Not to get caught up in semantics but FRZT *retained* CLWD for their digital marketing services.. While you could say that FRZT is a customer of CLWD, that would be like saying an attorney's client is his/her customer when the business relationship is much more involved than that and typically ongoing.

On the subject of comparisons between the two companies, CLWD has had it's rainy days for sure with a 1:5 RS a few years back. IMO CLWD wouldn't exist anymore if they hadn't done that.. Again IMO both companies have had to do some typical OTC chit to survive and both appear to (hopefully) be coming out of a pile of ashes.
