They will complete the Audit, then get the 10Ks and 10Qs filed. Change the Name and Ticker symbol. Acquire Songbird by September 15th as stated. Then the plan is to start revenue charter flights some time after the above is completed. Shareholders will be rewarded with increases in stock price as each step is completed. Tony just got started as CEO in November 2016. Can not do it any faster than he is.
