That is simply not true! The CD holders can continue to ask for shares in payment for the debt on the books and they get those shares at .00004, .00005 and/or .00006 depending on what CD holder converts. They can then pump the stock to try to gain interest and sell at .0001! How many shares are currently on the ASK? Is it something like 370,000,000 shares for sale? There are no restrictions on their conversions of debt for equity except what they get the stock for and what the company writes off the books as paid debt for equity! I suspect more conversions have happened and very soon you will see a paid pump to get people to buy the shares at .0001 and they make double on their debt for equity swap! There is no cellar boxing nor naked short selling, it is all dilution! The numbers speak for themselves. No one naked short sells a .0001 stock! The volume and absolute lack of interest proves that but just stay tuned because there is going to be one heck of a paid pump about to rear its ugly head! JMHO
