A couple of points:

1) Your response to the CLWD board is a comparison to FRZT. So CLWD can't stand on its own - you want to do a comparative analyses with FRZT - sad.

2) The statements you made about FRZT are incorrect - you should check your facts. For the record, it is up again today.

3) Interesting that you find nothing positive to say about CLWD other than your incorrectly stated facts of them issuing more shares than FRZT.
