You have no basis for anything you are saying and continue to try to treat this stock as if it's on the NY stock exchange trading for dollars.
Many of us have contacted Bob through investor relations. Bob has told quite a few of us that they have invested $300K of their own money to get things up and running.
Maybe you should make an attempt to contact Investor relations like many of us have.

My guess is that they waited this long because the price of antimony rose enough to convince them that it was a worthwhile venture. That's really the easiest explanation but I would suggest contacting Bob and asking him yourself.
