I'd have to agree, it seems that sub .1 is quite low for just selling. Could be dilution. That being said, I've seen a lot of stocks lose a majority of its value once an RS takes place. PRGNF hasn't been in great shape for a while now and people have been unloading positions. Investors have really only viewed this from a bearish perspective ever since it plunged below .10 pre RS.

I wasn't really surprised to see the price go from .005 pre RS to .001 post RS (now .10) seeing as a vast majority of investors sell on the news of an RS. I am interested to see when the selling stops because this thing will trade incredibly thin once it pushes through this sub .10 sludge. Charts have to go up at some point, so now it is just about calling the bottom and risking it. Once charts turn bullish though, I wouldn't be surprised to see this correct a couple 100% with ease, if selling (or dilution) stops.
