Our IR man referred IHSI management to a law firm that specializes in this issue of cellar boxing.

Also Tom Allinger also has knowledge of the issue and I'm certain he is Consulting with management as well.

Clearly IHSI isn't going to be capable of issuing any further convertible debenture notes to service any debts when the price per share has a zero bid
