You make a good point...I mean there is only like 50-60m shares not held by management. Shares outstanding and the float have remained unchanged for the past year. Brad signed a 2 year lock up on his shares. Supply is limited the only possibility for cheaper shares is from someone who gets bored or hard up for some free cash. My goal here with CLWD was to chip my way up to a million shares to buy and hold for much higher prices. Holding over a year and qualifying for lower long term capital gains would be fine with me as well.
