Yes, and a warning from a company like ERHC that clearly says that it may NOT be a going conncern is not good.

What is also not good is a failure in the internal controls that basically says the company's financial statements cannot be relied upon because they may have missed material items when they prepared those financial statements.

We have seen these failures with ERHC on multiple occasions. Interesting that I could see those failures clearly, but they couldn't.
