OK, how about we go back to the FORM 10-QSB dated May 14, 2003.

CONSULTING. Consulting expense includes fees paid to consultants in relation to the preparation of required SEC filings, and to individuals engaged to assist management in the furtherance of our business plan. Consulting expenses for the three-month period ended March 31, 2003 were $231,000.

I did some digging into this, and Harold Criswell apparently assisted DECN with some real estate issues in the business plan that year. Small world. It turns out he also worked with you in 2003. But Harold paints a much different picture of Mr. Berman than some others.
