Remember Rossi is still the largest share holder.

If the O/S was going up over the past 6 months, I'd be long gone.

Rossi wants the filings just as much as the rest of us.

CDEL on the Ask on low, to no volume dictates, not to slap.
Unless one wants a killer entry. Then no more than a few 10k at a time.
Let's not spook CDEL while he's selling vapor.
I'd love to load him up with a few million shares he would need to find fast to cover.
