I don't see that any of that matters. Real news will bring in demand and the price will then go up because there will be no sellers at the current price but there will be buyers willing to come in.

Volume doesn't require new shares. It only requires a demand to buy or sell the stock. News creates that demand.

IMO the only reason that has ever made any sense to me for the increase in shares over the last 2 years has been so that the PCG guys can make a killing on converting their shares at a HUGE discount to the current market prices and then selling them into the marketplace. It never should have been allowed to go on this long, as their debt in dollar terms is very low.

I brought that issue up as a concern in one of my very first posts, and it remains my biggest concern for the share price. There are plenty of reasons to be positive about the stock too, but that one remains a caution to me, and seems to be a constant downward pressure on the stock.
