Per the uptick telephone interview in August 15, 2017, starting at 15:00, Jan Telander stated that the 5,100 acre oceanfront property (Cielo Mar), would be valued at $50 million (without any permits). Which basically means no improvements or master plan.

Calculations:

$50 million / 5,100 acre = $9,803.92 per acre (raw rustic land without any permits or improvements)


Conclusions....IMO...my calculations severely undervalued the current market value of the 5,100 acre oceanfront property.....Cielo Mar is going to be markedly increased in value after the completion of the master plan alone!
