Why INTV Won't Reverse Split IMHO...

I believe the INTV CEO is very smart. I think he knows that doing a reverse a reverse split would be a very ignorant move for a few reasons.

1st… If the company was going to do a reverse split, why apply for an OTCQB extension? They would have simply executed such to get the price up to meet the OTCQB .01 per share minimum price requirement.

2nd… Doing a reverse split would kill investor sentiment.

3rd… Doing a reverse split would kill the liquidity and make the stock non-liquid. The Outstanding Shares (OS) is still only 352,267,818 shares as of Aug 15, 2017:

4th… The vast majority of the penny stock market’s volume is from the stocks within the OTC Pink Market and ”not” within the OTCQB Market. Yesterday, the OTC Pink Market had a Dollar Volume of $512,809,361 and the OTCQB Market had a Dollar Volume of $46,883,244. So… Why reverse split simply to meet the .01 per share minimum requirement simply to remain within the OTCQB Market when the money flow coming into the penny stock world is within the OTC Pink Markets. Remaining on the OTC Pink Market would be just fine in my opinion. See this confirmation is below:
