What do you plan with a shell on the greys - to go back to the Pinks you have to file 3 years of audited financials - then file Form 10 - and find a MM to sponsor the company and file a 211.

That is the only way a shell on the greys can be resurrected.

SKTO has no value for a company to purchase and do a reverse merger - as the private company would be public but still on the greys.
