That is the same thing he did with the Marina property 4 years ago. After taking it from the shareholders, he "sold it" to the bank after misrepresenting to the bank who and what it was.

Another min $350K ripped off by weenie waynie.

It's like being friends with Jack the ripper. No problem as long as going through the pockets afterwards is part of the deal.

UNGS has always been just a scam.
