The Arb imo is a definite win, think about it the claims that inventiv made against CVM could have easily been accepted within 3 months since inception, but the claims that CVM made against Inventiv would take longer to prove correct, meaning that a couple of months into the Arb the arbitrator saw a need for this to go on and imo signals a win for CVM,

the amount of money and the exact claims that will favor CVM is what the arbitrator is struggling with, but a win is in the works no doubt,

Does anyone have the link with those claims being made by Inventiv, I read them a while back.
