You are right about that. All of the discovery is on CCGI's end and that will be expensive for them while JNSH only has to challenge whatever they come up with. Their high PPS is not helping their case either. It implies deep pockets... pockets that JNSH gets to pick clean hopefully by December. All very good points IMO and another reason why the drag out by CCGI makes no sense now.
