An RS at any ratio is instant death to current shareholders and a slow death to IHSI. They know this and that is why they are not going to RS as they stated.

They are doing all the right things regarding debt and bringing in additional revenue streams. Advancing the business is not my concern. I think we have a very competent management team.

I also believe with the right news this gets out of the NO bid we are currently in and we move fast
