Attached above is one of the most important news releases issued by MSX since we partnered up with Jorge. When an action is submitted to the Supreme Court in almost any country, it will take the judges around 6 months to produce a written decision. In this case, the panel of five judges voted unanimously and did so in 72 hours, not six months!!! The courts in Chile are on to Barrick and their corrupt behavior. Again, this is the end game. It has only gone this long because of the behavior of Barrick and some associates in Chile. JAIL TIME IS COMING IN CHILE FOR MANY!!!!! They practice Napoleonic law, not British Common Law.
We are very close to a large funding, in the meantime, we need someone to step up to assist Juan Guillermo with funds. Juan has done a fantastic and selfless job to make everyone’s investment in MSX a success. It is he that needs to have funds to complete the job. Not big funds.
We expect a large funding within one week. We have been working on it since December.
