Maybe, but it took them almost 2 years to start the process, almost a year to "maybe" complete and have been ineffective since. They should have all info at the ready, accountants re-audit quite quickly, unless, of course, the company has shoddy record keeping, which, again simply supports my comment about the incompetence of management...yet, they tweet every phone call, lunch break, coffee break, meeting open to every company they are invited to, etc, without delay...but, they have valid reason to delay filings IMO, which, of course they haven't shared because they've effectively blocked conversions, hidden multiple lawsuits, judgements, etc...yet, they fail to tweet about the facts, just the fluff.
