You can sub contract to the teaming partner that was on the teaming partner agreement.



Not according to the GSA FAQ's. It clearly states that each teaming member must have their own GSA contract. When you read further you will find that teaming members can be located at this link.

Now if Mirotec won a contract they did it on their own and they can sub to others but the subcontractor is the responsibility of the team partner who subed them. That said Telco only has three employees and no visible business. Tell me Microtec is going to risk hiring Wee Willie and his skeleton crew of scammers. I don't think Jimenez is willing to risk it after the troubles he has had with Uncle Sugar.

What we do know is Wee Willie clearly stated the agreement between Microtec and Telco has ran its course which translates to dun, nada, zip, over.
