There hasn't been any talk here about a realistic time line for a possible DoD off take.

Assuming the NDAA passes, the Sec. of Def. has until Dec. 1st to provide a briefing for Congressional defense committees. If they like what they hear, would a potential offtake have to make its way into a spending bill? A defense bill? How far into 2018 are we realistically looking at? If we need this off take to acquire financing, is breaking ground this year feasible? Good questions for the town hall I won't be attending. Looking forward to hearing some answers though.
