All in all Not a bad Q. Very little shares issued for debt.

Lots still on the table.

I hope Richard goes with the Merging option that would be great. I bet he would find the right company.

Or Land big financing. I feel something will happen sooner then later and a Fully SEC reporting company at .001 with a OS of 450 mill is Peanuts.
