Financing talks continue! We still have a strong Pulse


The Company is currently in discussions with potential sources of financing for this facility but no definitive agreements are in place. The Company cannot continue significant development or furtherance of the Fulton project or any other opportunity until financing for the Company and the construction of the Fulton project is obtained.
