re" the time it takes"...one very recent development most may not know: with the release of the very positive latest 10q, blsp needed to re-file -- again -- the amended S1 SEC offering docs to reflect latest numbers. yes, those numbers are positive for the company, but doesn't matter...they are different from original amended docs....so...refiling req'd. hopefully it'll be done soon, but this is mid-august...and even SEC staff go on vacation...
company was hoping to get approval on original amended filing BEFORE 10q came out...but SEC didn't get it done on time so...here we are. just one example among several that have not much to do with blsp itself, but all the external requirements & arrangements to make the kind of leap the company is going for.
it is no easy task for tiny companies like bluesphere to make it through all the obstacles they are presented with. it is why the failure rate is so high. but i am still betting BLSP will be one of the exceptions... fwiw, i think we're very close to getting through this phase...and being able to talk freely again about all that is going on with the company. that should really reveal how undervalued this stock is and help get our pps up to do the uplisting...
taking longer than expected, still not quite out of the woods, but still believe bluesphere's real glory days lie ahead...
