Tom Kim fired Andrew Coldicutt - the pump and dump attorney that Calvin Ross had used for NGCG. Kim was alerted that Coldicutt was used by many OTCM scams and he took immediate action. If Kim had intentions of operating a share selling scheme he would have kept Coldicutt and he wouldn't have contested the Ruppert lawsuit.

Coldicutt is now in serious trouble with the SEC along with Ross.
