It is for sure and has been for some time. It is the only of the Big 3 that I have in cash based on daily chart. Made a nice jump yday but could be taking it all back.

As you say, SPY and QQQ are stronger, but their 5 day gain is still <0.

Trade the Charts and not the Heart - Expect the trend to
continue until it doesn't - Realtime is the real deal
